Everything you need to know about using the Campus Feedback Portal
The East West Polytechnic Campus Feedback Portal is an official platform where visitors, students, and staff can share their honest feedback about campus facilities, academic services, and the overall learning environment. Your feedback is used directly by the management to make improvements and ensure a better experience for everyone.
Start by choosing who you are — Visitor (guest/prospective student), Student (currently enrolled), or Staff (faculty/non-teaching). This determines which feedback categories you will see.
Visitors can optionally enter their name and email. Students must enter their full name and Student ID. Staff must enter their name and Staff ID / Department name.
After selecting your role, click the "Continue to Ratings" button to proceed to the rating form.
You will see several feedback categories relevant to your role. Each category has 4–5 specific aspects. Click the stars (1 = Poor, 5 = Excellent) to rate each aspect.
Below each category, there is an optional text box where you can add detailed comments or suggestions. You can also add general comments at the bottom.
At the bottom of the form, rate your overall campus experience from 1 to 5 stars. This is required before you can submit.
Click the "Submit Feedback" button. You will see a confirmation page with a summary of your ratings if submission is successful.
Campus guests, parents, prospective students, industry visitors, or anyone who has visited EWP. Rates: Canteen, Security, Lab Facilities, Infrastructure.
Currently enrolled students at East West Polytechnic. Rates: Teaching Quality, Lab Facilities, Administrative Services, Activities & Events.
Faculty members and non-teaching staff of EWP. Rates: Department Performance, Students' Behaviour, Classroom Technologies.
Yes. Your feedback is completely anonymous. Only the name and ID you provide will be visible to administrators, and they are optional for Visitors. No personal tracking is done.
Yes, you can submit feedback multiple times. However, we encourage thoughtful, honest feedback rather than repeated submissions.
Your feedback goes directly to the EWP management system. Administrators review the feedback regularly to identify areas for improvement and take necessary action.
All rating items are required to ensure complete and useful feedback. This helps us understand specific areas of concern and success across each category.
Once submitted, feedback cannot be edited. If you made a significant error, please submit a new response with a note in the comments section.
